Apple Holler

A few weeks ago we went Apple Holler on our day off. It was nice to get out and do something together.

The Clay's

This summer there was a really sweet family at camp. Mr. Clay worked program staff, and Mrs. Clay took care of their kids. They  were only here a part of the summer because of having their baby, but I'm so glad they came, even just for a few weeks. When they got back I got to help with the kids. Every afternoon (only for about a week) I got to take Esther and Ezra to play until I had to go back to the kitchen. Most days Mrs. Clay came down after Emerson woke up, and we got to talk. Then at night during the services I got to hold Emerson, their new baby.

watching them find their way out.

This past week right before a meal, the table fell over with all the food on it! Thankfully the milk wasn't out yet, otherwise it would have been a HUGE mess!

Girls sleepover at Hatchett's

Last night Julia Hatchett had us girls over to her house. It was so much fun. We played games and watched Sheffey.

It was so neat.  She set it up outside and we watched on their shed. :)

The Gills

This week was family camp. There was one family in particular that is really neat. They have 17 kids, and they are all very well behaved. They wrote this in the driveway before they left. It says "Thank you Camp Joy", and they all wrote their names. :)

Leadership, Music and Speech (LMS) Camp

This week was our first week of summer camp! It flew by! I had a few baking incidents, but otherwise the week went great!! :)

blue.
